Answer:

Moral of the story: you’re at the gym for you. Everyone has their insecurities and things they want to work on. Put in your headphones, focus on you, and don’t worry about others. If you feel like someone is passing judgement on you, it’s their loss because then they’re not putting 100% into their workout. Keep at it, and you’ll be back in shape in no time! I believe in you :)
